Andfjord Salmon AS: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the announcement from Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company") on 2 December 2020 regarding the successful completion of a private placement raising NOK 88.2 million in gross proceeds (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 2,100,000 new shares in connection with the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 35,724,400 divided on 35,724,400 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
