Andfjord Salmon AS: Issuance of shares to employees – new share capital registered

Reference is made to the previous announcement from Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company") on 23 June 2020 regarding the issuance of shares to employees. The issuance has now been completed, with 67,500 shares ultimately being issued. Of these, Martin Rasmussen, CEO, has subscribed for 25,000 shares and Helge Krøgenes, CCO, has subscribed for 25,000 shares. As previously reported, the shares were issued at a subscription price of NOK 40.00, and are subject to certain lock-up restrictions.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 67,500 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The newly registered share capital of the Company is NOK 35,791,900 divided into 35,791,900 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
