purchase of 1,500,000 shares in Andfjord Salmon AS. The purchase price is NOK

40.94 per share. Andfjord Holding AS exposure in Andfjord Salmon AS is unchanged

following this transaction.

Andfjord Salmon AS board member Roy Bernt Pettersen is 100 % owner of Andfjord

Holding AS.
