UFI AS has entered into a forward agreement for the amount of 120,000

shares in Andfjord Salmon AS with an exercise price of 46,3103 NOK per share

with an expiration date of 20 January 2023. At the same time UFI AS

has sold 120,000 shares at 45,50 NOK per share.

UFI AS` exposure in Andfjord Salmon AS is unchanged following this

transaction.

Andfjord Salmon board member Kim Strandenæs is the CEO of UFI AS.
