An extraordinary general meeting in Andfjord Salmon AS will be held in the

Company's offices at Kvalnes, Andøya at 12.00 CET on 23 October 2023.

The agenda for the extraordinary general meeting is a restructuring of the

company structure within the group. The notice for the extraordinary general

meeting is attached hereto (English and Norwegian), together with relevant

appendices. The notice is sent to all registered shareholders on 16 October
