Reference is made to the mandatory notification of trade made by Andfjord Salmon

Group AS (the "Company") on 22 May 2024 in connection with the private placement

announced on the same date (the "Private Placement"), and the various PDMR-forms

attached to the notice.

The PDMR-form for Andfjord Holding AS has been amended to reflect the correct

number of shares lent by such shareholder to facilitate delivery of shares in

the Private Placement. The corrected form is attached hereto.
