With reference is made to announcement on 18 February 2022, please find attached

trade notification forms in accordance with MAR article 19 for Eidsfjord Sjøfarm

AS and Andfjord Holding AS.

Andfjord Holding AS has entered into a forward purchase contract for 1,500,000

shares in Andfjord Salmon AS with an exercise price of NOK 40.477 per share and

settlement date of 20 May 2022. As part of this and at the same time, Andfjord

Holding AS has sold 1,500,000 shares at NOK 40.00 per share. Andfjord Holding

AS` exposure in Andfjord Salmon AS is unchanged following this transaction.
