* UFI AS has purchased 121,951 shares at a price of NOK 41 per share. Andfjord

Salmon AS board member Kim Strandenæs is the CEO of UFI AS and UFI Capital

AS. After the transaction UFI AS owns 121,951 shares and controls an

additional 1,708,597 shares through forward agreements. UFI Capital AS owns

40,000 shares and controls an additional 52,000 shares through forward

agreements.

* Eidsfjord Sjøfarm AS, part of the Holmøy Group, has purchased 243,902 shares

at a price of NOK 41 per share. Andfjord Salmon AS board member Knut Roald

Holmøy is the CEO of the Holmøy Group. After the transaction Eidsfjord

Sjøfarm owns 512,322 shares.

* Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar has purchased 177,561 shares at a price of

NOK 41 per share. Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar is represented on the board

of Andfjord Salmon AS by its CEO, Antonio Serrano. After the transaction

Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar owns 4,322,493 shares.
