Eriksen, has on june 11 th. 2021 acquired 28,571 shares in Andfjord Salmon AS.

NorNet AS has acquired the shares from Okeanos Blue AS, a company owned 100%

by Helge Krøgenes who hold a position as CCO in Andfjord Salmon AS.

After this transaction, Helge Krøgenes and associated companies own a total of

1,379,908 shares, equivalent to 3.85% of the total outstanding shares in

Andfjord Salmon AS, while Eriksen and associated companies own 475,571 shares,

equivalent to 1.33% of the total outstanding shares in Andfjord Salmon AS

Ben Tommy Eriksen is the inventor of the flow-through technology utilized by

Andfjord Salmon AS. The transfer of shares from Andfjord Holding AS to

Ben Tommy Eriksen, at NOK 44 per share, originates from a past agreement

between the two parties.
