CCO and member of the management team in Andfjord Salmon, has bought 35 000

shares in Andfjord Salmon AS at a price of NOK 41,00 per share. At the same

time, Helge Krøgenes privately have sold 35 000 shares at NOK 41,00 per share.

Following these transactions, Helge Krøgenes and associated companies hold a

total amount of 1 404 908 shares in Andfjord Salmon.
