Andfjord Salmon AS held Extraordinary General Meeting at the

Company's offices at Kvalnes, Andøya, at 12:00 CET on 1 July 2022,

including video attendance. All items on the agenda were approved as proposed.

Enclosed are minutes and summary of attendance. These minutes have been prepared

both in Norwegian and in English. In case of discrepancies between the two, the

Norwegian version shall prevail.
