An extraordinary general meeting of Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company") was held

today at the Company's offices at Kvalnes, Andøya.

All resolutions proposed by the board were duly adopted. Minutes from the

general meeting are attached.

planned expansion of an additional 77,400 tonnes (HOG) production capacity.

Further expansion is subject to the zoning of the land and granting of licenses.
