(b) On April 30, 2015, Mr. Robert Marshall, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing of Analog Devices, Inc. (the “ Company ”) informed the Company of his decision to retire from the Company during the first half of the Company’s 2016 fiscal year. Mr. Marshall will step down from his current position and be succeeded by Mr. Joseph (John) Hassett, effective May 3, 2015. Mr. Marshall will continue his employment with the Company as a Senior Advisor to the CEO until his retirement.
