Additional Explanations

As previously announced to the public, our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to amend Article 7 of the Company's Articles of Association, as attached, in order to increase the registered capital ceiling permitted from TRY 900,000,000 to TRY 10,000,000,000 and extend its validity period to cover the years 2024-2028 in accordance with the Communiqué on the Registered Capital System (II-18.1), was approved by the CMB.

Subsequently, the necessary approval was also obtained from the Ministry of Trade's General Directorate of Domestic Trade via its letter dated November 13, 2024, numbered E-50035491- 431.02-00102810340. The proposed amendment will be presented for shareholder approval at the next General Assembly meeting.
