Şirketimiz ile Tek-Gıda İş Sendikası arasında 01.09.2021-31.08.2023 dönemi için yapılan toplu iş sözleşmesi görüşmeleri anlaşma ile sonuçlanmış olup, imza aşamasındadır.

Buna göre,

Toplu İş sözleşmenin birinci yılı için sendikalı çalışanların brüt aylık ücretlerine brüt 1500TL/Ay  zam yapılmıştır.

Sözleşmenin ikinci yılı için ise sendikalı çalışanların brüt aylık ücretlerine TÜİK Tüketici Fiyatları Endeksi artış oranı + %3 oranında artış ve seyyanen brüt 200 TL/Ay zam yapılacaktır.

Anadolu Efes agreed with Tek-Gıda İş Labor Union on the terms of the collective labor agreement for the period September 1, 2021 - August 31, 2023 and it is currently at signing stage.

The main terms of the collective agreement are as follows;

Gross wages of the union member employees will be increased by gross 1500 TL per person per month in the first year of the collective labor.

In the second year of the agreement, gross wages of the union member employees will be increased by the rate of increase in the Consumer Price Index announced by the State Statistical Institute +3% and by gross 200TL per person per month.
