Additional Explanations

In its meeting held on June 16, 2020, our Board of Directors resolved to submit for the approval of the General Assembly a cash dividend proposal of gross 1.7740 TL (net 1.5079 TL) per each share with 1 TL nominal value amounting to a total of 1,050,394,736.56 TL to be distributed from the released legal reserves, realizing a 177.40% gross dividend distribution for the period January-December 2019, pursuant to the Ministry of Trade Communiqué published on the Official Gazette dated 17.05.2020 and numbered 31130 and subject to Ministry of Trade's approval.

Following the approval of General Assembly, the dividend will be distributed in cash and will be paid to shareholders who fulfill the conditions stipulated in the relevant Communiqué starting from 14.07.2020 and it will be paid to other shareholders in cash starting from 01.10.2020.
