Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by American Shipping Company ASA (the "Company") on 15 September 2022 regarding completion of a private placement in the Company (the "Private Placement"). B.O. STEEN SHIPPING AS, has today 15 September 2022 received notice of allocation of 1,500,000 shares in the Private Placement. B.O. STEEN SHIPPING AS will following settlement in the Private Placement hold 3,750,000 shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 5.62% of the total votes and outstanding share capital.
