4 March 2024 - Peter D. Knudsen, board member of AMSC ASA ("AMSC" or the

"Company"), has today acquired 4,000 shares in AMSC through the company Vilja

AS. The price per share was NOK 26.0943, which implies a total consideration of

NOK 104,337.20. Following the transaction, Vilja AS holds a total of 30,000

shares in AMSC, constituting approximately 0.042% of the Company's shares and

votes.
