As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 33 747 own shares representing 0.0154% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 33 747 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0154% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
