As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 32 264 own shares representing 0.0147% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 32 264 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0147% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
