W wyniku powyższych transakcji dokonano łącznie nabycia 42 000 akcji własnych AmRest stanowiących 0,0191% kapitału zakładowego Spółki, które uprawniają do wykonywania 42 000 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki i reprezentują 0,0191% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 42 000 own shares representing 0.0191% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 42 000 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0191% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
