As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 38 918 own shares representing 0.0177% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 38 918 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0177% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
