W wyniku powyższych transakcji dokonano łącznie nabycia 66 600 akcji własnych AmRest stanowiących 0,0303% kapitału zakładowego Spółki, które uprawniają do wykonywania 66 600 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki i reprezentują 0,0303% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 66 600 own shares representing 0.0303% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 66 600 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0303% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
