W wyniku powyższych transakcji dokonano łącznie nabycia 49 514 akcji własnych AmRest stanowiących 0,0226% kapitału zakładowego Spółki, które uprawniają do wykonywania 49 514 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki i reprezentują 0,0226% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 49 514 own shares representing 0.0226% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 49 514 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0226% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.

The transactions were executed through the brokerage house of Banco Santander S.A.
