As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 51 600 own shares representing 0.0235% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 51 600 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0235% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
