W wyniku powyższych transakcji dokonano łącznie nabycia 120 500 akcji własnych AmRest stanowiących 0,0549% kapitału zakładowego Spółki, które uprawniają do wykonywania 120 500 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki i reprezentują 0,0549% ogólnej liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 120 500 own shares representing 0.0549% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 120 500 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0549% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.

The transactions were executed through the brokerage house of Banco Santander S.A.
