As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 58 450 own shares representing 0.0266% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 58 450 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0266% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
