As a result of above transactions the Company purchased a total of 37 804 own shares representing 0.0172% of AmRest's share capital, which entitle to exercise 37 804 votes at the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting and constitutes 0.0172% of total number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
