Report Content RB 51/2025 AMREST HOLDINGS, SE ("AmRest" or the "Company"), incompliance with the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014on market abuse, and Article 226 of Law 6/2023 of 17 March on SecuritiesMarkets and Investment Services and concordant provisions, makes publicthe following announcement:; The Company's Board of Directors hasunanimously approved, at its meeting held today the payment of a cashdividend against the results of fiscal year 2025, in the amount of 0.070gross euros per share of the Company entitled to receive such dividend.;The key dates in relation to payment of dividend are as follows:; - Lasttrading day for AmRest shares entitled to participate in thedistribution (last trading date): December 17, 2025.; - First tradingday of AmRest shares not entitled to participate in the distribution(ex-dividend date): December 18, 2025.;- Date on which registeredholders entitled to participate in the distribution are determined(record date): December 19, 2025.; - Payment date: December 22, 2025,through the depositary entities and in accordance with the applicableprovisions in force.; The withholdings required by the applicable taxregulations shall be made on the amounts to be paid, if applicable. ;Legal act: Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse andArticle 226 of Law 6/2023 of 17 March on Securities Markets andInvestment Services
