RB 22/2018 Preliminary sales results Q1 2018;AmRest Holdings SE("AmRest") informs that the preliminary sales generated by the AmRestGroup ("Group") in Q1 2018 amounted to EUR 348m, which was a 31.1%increase compared to the corresponding period of 2017. Group's sales inlocal currencies increased by 31.2%.;Growth of Group's revenues in Q12018 was additionally supported by consolidation of results of 15 KFCrestaurants taken over in Germany on March 1st, 2017, Pizza Hut Deliverychain in France acquired on May 16th, 2017, Pizza Hut chain in Germanytaken over on July 31st, 2017, 22 KFC restaurants acquired on October2nd, 2017 in Russia, 37 KFC restaurants taken over so far in France inQ4 2017 and Restaurant Partner Polska Sp. z o.o., shares of which AmRestacquired on August 31st, 2017 (collectively EUR 47m sales in Q1 2018).Excluding sales of listed businesses the revenues of the Group in Q1201grew by 14.5%.;The sales results of CE division amounted to EUR 164min Q1 2018 and were 20.9% higher compared to Q1 2017. Total salesgenerated in this division in local currencies increased by 17.0%.;Therevenues of Russian division amounted to EUR 39m in Q1 2018 and were22.8% higher compared to the corresponding period of 2017. In localcurrency sales grew by 37.4%.;The revenues of Western Europe division inQ1 2018 amounted to EUR 126m, which was higher by 54.7% compared to Q12017.;Sales of the Spanish market, reported within the segment ofWestern Europe, amounted to EUR 55m in Q1 2018, which was 13.2% higherthan year ago.;In China revenues amounted to EUR 15m in Q1 2018, whichwas a 10.1% increase over the year.
