Thetransaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.;- a purchase of 1427 AmRest shares executed on March 30th, 2017. The shares weretransferred free of charge as a result of exercising AmRest managementoptions. The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked.;- asale of 1 427 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 344.60 per shareexecuted on March 30th, 2017.
