RB 26/2023 Disbursement of funds;AmRest Holdings, SE ("AmRest" or the "Company"), in compliance with the provisions of article 227 of Law 6/2023 of 17 March on Securities Markets and Investment Services and related provisions, hereby announces that in relation to the regulatory announcement no. RB 25/2023 published on 11 December 2023, relating to the signature of the new financing agreement, the Company has disbursed 560,000,000 corresponding to the entire Facility A, and it has paid 492,480,744 of existing debt, that has been consequently duly cancelled.
