SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The Caltex Subordinated Notes (ASX Code: CTXHA) (the “Notes”) of Caltex Australia Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday 5 September 2017, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, pending the redemption of the Notes on Friday 15 September 2017.

Please note that the suspension applies to the Notes (ASX Code: CTXHA) only, and does not apply to any other quoted securities of the Company.
