EXTENSION TO PERIOD OF EXCLUSIVITY

Ampol Limited (Ampol) (ASX:ALD) confirms that following its announcement of 23 August 2021 regarding the submission of a non-binding indicative proposal to acquire 100% of Z Energy Limited (NZX:ZEL) shares, the parties have agreed to extend the period of exclusivity for a further two weeks to enable outstanding matters to be addressed, and to agree terms on a Scheme Implementation Agreement (SIA).

There is no guarantee that a binding transaction will be agreed between the parties or completed. Ampol will continue to keep shareholders updated on the transaction progress in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
