CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER APPOINTED

Ampol Limited (ASX:ALD) today announces the appointment of Greg Barnes as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Barnes brings significant experience as a CFO and executive leader in ASX-listed companies in Australia and in senior finance roles overseas. Most recently, Mr Barnes has served as the CFO at Coca-Cola Amatil and previously the CFO at Nine Entertainment Co, where he played a key role in Nine’s acquisition of Fairfax in 2018. Prior to Nine, Mr Barnes was the CFO of CSR Limited for six years and has held senior finance roles in the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Barnes will commence as CFO of Ampol on 1 July 2021.
