UPDATE ON THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM
Milan, August 4th, 2025 – Amplifon (EXM; Bloomberg/Reuters ticker: AMP:IM/AMPF.MI), the global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that in relation to the share buyback program resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 23rd, 2025, it has purchased on the Milan Euronext and on multilateral trading facilities, on July 31st and August 1st, 2025 a total of 1,126,922 ordinary Amplifon S.p.A. shares, equivalent to 0.498% of the share capital, at an average unit price of Euro 14.793 per share, for a total consideration of Euro 16,670,427.21.
On the basis of information provided by the intermediary agent appointed for the implementation, in full independence, of the share buy-back program, here below the details of the share purchase transactions on daily basis:

From May 19th, 2025 and August 1 st, 2025, Amplifon S.p.A. has purchased, in execution of the share buyback program, a total of n. 5,255,753 shares at an average purchase price of Euro 18.869, for a total consideration of around 100 million euros, thus reaching the amount of the first tranche. Taking into account the shares already held by the Company, as of August 1st, 2025, it holds a total of n. 6,451,138 treasury shares, corresponding to 2.850% of the Company's share capital and to 1.546% of the total share capital in voting rights.
