AMPLIFON: PUBLICATION OF THE PLAN FOR MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF HEARING SUPPLIES S.R.L.INTO AMPLIFON S.P.A.

Milan, May 7 th, 2018 – Amplifon S.p.A. (MTA; Bloomberg ticker: AMP:IM), global leader in hearing solutions and services, announces that today the Project for the Merger by incorporation of the subsidiary Hearing Supplies S.r.l. into Amplifon S.p.A., prepared pursuant to art. 2501-ter and 2505 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the three latest Annual Financial Reports at 31.12.2015, 31.12.2016 and 31.12.2017 of Hearing Supplies S.r.l. are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE () and on the Company's website (www.amplifon.com/corporate - section Governance) .
