AMP Limited ( AMP ) attaches an Appendix 3X for Linda Elkins and Appendix 3Z for Andrea Slattery, in relation to Ms Elkins’ commencement as an AMP director, effective 1 September 2025 and Ms Slattery’s resignation as an AMP director, effective 31 August 2025 ( Appendices ).

The Appendices were not submitted to the ASX within the prescribed timeframe under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A due to an administrative oversight.

AMP acknowledges this lapse and has taken steps to further strengthen its internal controls to prevent similar administrative oversights in the future.
