Confirmation of Redemption of AMP Capital Notes 2 issued by AMP Limited

AMP Limited (ASX: AMP) today redeemed all AMP Capital Notes 2 (Capital Notes 2) on issue (ASX: AMPPB) in accordance with the redemption notice issued to Capital Notes 2 holders on 6 November 2025.

There remain no further Capital Notes 2 on issue.

All Capital Notes 2 holders on the record date of 4 December 2025 have been paid the face value of $100 per Capital Notes 2 today. The final distribution of $1.8508 per Capital Notes 2 was also paid today.
