Update on Collimate Capital sales

AMP Limited today provides an update on the completion timeline for the sale of the Collimate Capital domestic infrastructure equity and real estate business to Dexus Funds Management Ltd (Dexus) and the sale of the international infrastructure equity business to DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (DigitalBridge).

Significant progress has been made on both transactions to meet the relevant conditions precedent outlined in the respective sale announcements of 27 April 2022 and 28 April 2022.

The regulatory approval processes associated with both sales are ongoing, with the result that the transactions may not complete by the end of November 2022.

All parties are working constructively together towards completion, and we will update the market on the likely completion dates for both transactions as these approvals progress.
