Description

On 26 October 2015, AMP Limited (Company) announced an offer of AMP Capital Notes (Notes) (ASX Code: AMPPA).

It is expected that the Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 10.00am (+/- 15 seconds) Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Tuesday 1 December 2015.

ASX Reference Point & CHESS

Deferred delivery related information is not able to be disseminated for AMPPA via ASX Reference Point (Signals E02 and E34). Participants are requested to manually update their records using information provided in the above table. CHESS will note a first settlement date of Wednesday 9 December 2015 restricting the scheduling of settlements prior to this date.
