AMP Small Shareholding Sale Facility – Price update
Following the announcement dated 24 October 2012, the AMP Small Shareholding Sale Facility closed on 4 December 2012. Shareholders who held 112 shares or less on 12 October 2012 (record date) who did not return their share retention form by 4 December 2012 will receive $4.7812 per share.
Proceeds from the share sale will be paid on 21 December 2012.
