Sale of AXA APH’s Asian business to AXA SA completes
AMP Limited today confirmed the completion of the sale of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited’s (AXA APH) Asian businesses to AXA SA.
The sale of AXA APH's Asian businesses to AXA SA comprised part of the proposal that involved the merger of the Australian and New Zealand businesses of AXA APH with AMP Limited which took effect on 30 March 2011.
