Date of annual general meeting

The annual general meeting (AGM) of AMP Limited will be held on Thursday 10 May 2018 at 11am (AEST) Savoy Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

In accordance with clause 58 of the constitution of AMP Limited, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Friday 2 March 2018, being not less than 45 business days before the date of the annual general meeting.

Prior to the AGM, shareholders will be invited to attend a free seminar with AMP Capital’s Chief Economist Shane Oliver. All shareholders are welcome to attend this seminar which will be held at 9.30am (AEST) on Thursday 10 May 2018 at the Mayfair Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
