Date of annual general meeting

The annual general meeting (AGM) of AMP Limited will be held on Thursday 12 May 2016 at 11.00am (AEST) at the Savoy Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria.

In accordance with clause 58 of the constitution of AMP Limited, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Friday 4 March 2016, being not less than 45 business days before the date of the annual general meeting.

Prior to the AGM, shareholders will be invited to attend a free seminar on securing your financial future. All shareholders are welcome to attend the session which will be held at 9.30am (AEST) on Thursday 12 May 2016 at the Mayfair Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria.
