Date of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of AMP Limited will be held on Thursday 10 May 2012 at 10.00am (AEST) at the Grand Hyatt, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

In accordance with clause 65 of the Constitution of AMP Limited, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Monday 5 March 2012, being not less than 45 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
