GUD Holdings Limited (GUD) completes acquisition of Rindab AB and its subsidiary Vision X Europe AB

On 1 November 2023, GUD completed the acquisition of Rindab AB for the equivalent of AUD$11.93m (entry into the acquisition agreement having been announced on 16 October 2023).

The Board, Management and wider GUD team are pleased to welcome the Rindab AB team members to the GUD Group.
