AMOÉBA announces the availability of its 2018 Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report

Lyon (France), April 25th , 2019 - AMOÉBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA), producer of a biological biocide capable of eliminating bacterial risk in water and human wounds, and a biocontrol product for plant protection, announces that it has filed its 2018 Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marches financiers-AMF) on April 25, 2019 under number D.19-0383.

The document may be viewed or downloaded on the company's website www.amoeba-biocide.com under section " Investors / Regulatories information and financial documents " . Copies of the Registration Document are also available at the company's headquarters: 38, avenue des frères Montgolfier, 69680 Chassieu, France.

The 2018 Registration Document includes:

• the Annual Financial Report comprising the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, the management report and the related statutory auditors' reports
• the Board of Directors' corporate governance report.
