A Letter of Intent signed with AQUA-SERV in the United States for the distribution of BIOMEBA in three New States.
Lyon, Fontana, 6 September 2016 - AMOEBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA) producer of a biological biocide capable of eliminating bacterial risk in water announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) prior to entering into a definitive agreement regarding the distribution of its product by AQUA-SERV for a period of 5 years, with one-year exclusive rights in 3 new North American states (California, Nevada, Arizona) - and subject to marketing authorization (MA) that may be made at the end of 2016.
This new LOI, dated 14 July 2016, follows the one signed a year ago with Earthwise Environmental for the distribution of the product in 5 states (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Texas and Oklahoma).
