A new Letter of Intent signed with GREEN Chemicals in Brazil

Lyon, Curitiba, 5 September 2016 - AMOEBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA) producer of a biological biocide capable of eliminating bacterial risk in water announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI), dated 5 July 2016, prior to entering into a definitive agreement regarding the distribution of its product in Brazil by GREEN Chemicals for a period of 3 years.

GREEN Chemicals has been located in Brazil since 2011 and is counted among the best-established players in the field of water treatment.

Through the aforementioned LOI, AMOEBA plans to analyse its business opportunities in a country such as Brazil, with a dense industrial fabric in various sectors such as stationery, petrochemical, steel and automotive industry.
